SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Coffee club provides deliveries in GCC. UAE orders are processed through Quiqup and International orders are shipped from DHL. Shipping costs are included with your subscription. Deliveries are processed on the 1st of every month.

OTHER ORDERS

Coffee club provides deliveries in GCC. UAE orders are processed through Quiqup and International orders are shipped from DHL. Shipping costs will vary by your order size, weight, and destination. Depending on the shipping address, the time of the delivery will vary as well.

  • Domestic Delivery (UAE): 1 - 3 working days
  • Express Shipping (International): 4 - 7 working days
ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order is prepared and ready to be dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will contain the tracking number. By clicking on the “Track Package”, you will be redirected to our delivery partner’s website where you can use the generated tracking code to follow the live status of your order. For unforeseen circumstances, if your order is taking beyond the expected time frame, please contact us at info@framecoffeeclub.com.

DUTIES & TAXES

Delivery charges do not include any import fees (duties and taxes), which may be applicable depending on the destination of your order.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All products/subscription sold on our website are not eligible for return or exchange.

CANCELLING ORDERS

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@framecoffeeclub.com with your order number. However, if you have already received a shipping confirmation, this means your order is out for delivery.

CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTION

Your subscription can only be canceled after two months of delivery since our orders are processed before 6 weeks since joining. In the event of a cancellation for the 3, 6, or 12 Month plan, please note that we do not provide refunds for any remaining subscription period.
